Unipart Group, one of Europe’s leading private manufacturing, logistics and consultancy companies, has been voted ‘best in class’ for its leadership programme in the transport, logistics and distribution sector.

The coveted award comes from TheJobCrowd, which is a graduate recruitment site that hosts thousands of reviews and ratings of graduate schemes penned by the graduates themselves.

Unipart Group employs around 12 graduates a year and offers tailored programmes including blended leadership, digital leadership and engineering leadership.

Ruth Filor, Graduate Programme Manager at Unipart Group said: “This award means a lot to us as it comes from the graduates themselves. It’s a real testimony to how The Unipart Way, our proprietary system for continuous productivity improvement, is used to inspire and develop the future leaders of our business.”

Simon Lewis, Managing Director of TheJobCrowd said: “TheJobCrowd are delighted to recognise Unipart as the top transport, logistics and distribution company for graduates to work for. TheJobCrowd’s annual Top Companies for Graduates to Work For survey is unique in that it is the only graduate employer rankings to be based solely on reviews given by the employees, and not on based on student perceptions, which are influenced by brand marketing and other factors. This means TheJobCrowd’s raking is the only true and accurate list of who really are the best companies in the UK for graduates to work for.

“Unipart scored particularly well in the surveyed categories of Career Progression and Training, and had the highest scores in their industry sector for Colleagues and Responsibility.”
Unipart Group will be recruiting for their September 2017 leadership programmes towards the end of this year. Find out more here:http://graduate.unipart.co.uk.
